How to review your progress without fooling yourself
A short, regular review shows what is actually working. Look at what you did and what changed, and keep the two apart.
Pick a review rhythm
Weekly works well for small adjustments; a longer review (myEnku uses 30 days by default) is a good point to decide whether to keep, change or finish the plan. Put it in your calendar so it actually happens.
Separate what you did from the result
Ask two questions: “How many days did I take my action?” and “What happened to the thing I’m measuring?” If you showed up most days and the number didn’t move, the action might need changing. If you rarely showed up, the action probably needs to get easier first.
One change at a time
When you change several things at once, you can’t tell which one helped. Choose one adjustment per review, try it for a week or two, and then look again.
Be honest about what the data can’t show
A few weeks of your own numbers is a story, not proof. That’s fine: you’re looking for what seems to work for you, and repeating what helped is the best test.
Try it: myEnku’s weekly review counts your check-ins for you and suggests one change you can accept or skip.
